What's actually happening

Brand DNA is the prompt.

Desklight extracts your brand profile once: palette, typography, photography lane, voice, never-list. It drives every render. The brand stays consistent because it's enforced in the renderer, not asked for in a prompt. You stop being a prompt engineer and start being the editor.

01 · learn

Drop your brief.

Voice, palette, photography lane, banned vocab — Allie reads them all in one pass. PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or our JSON template. Fourteen fields filled in twenty seconds.

02 · design

Block by block.

Drag the kicker, size the headline, pick a preset, switch wordmark to icon — every choice stays inside your brand. Brand DNA is the floor; the designer is the source of truth.

03 · iterate

Catch and sharpen.

Don't love it? Tell Allie what's off in a sentence — she rewrites the spec, not you. Regenerate, swap, sharpen. Twelve takes in twelve seconds. She makes a mental note for next time.

04 · ship

Approve and route.

One click, every channel that fits. Or schedule it for the day that does. Sizing, alt text, captions — handled. The decision is yours.

One brief, start to finish

Photo. Post. Motion.

One Zest brief, straight through the pipeline. Allie art-directs the photo, sets the brand type, then hands the same brief to Seedance 2.0 for the motion take. Nothing re-prompted.

FAQ

Asked, answered.

The short answers. The longer ones live on the compare pages.

01
What is Desklight?

Desklight is an AI marketing-operations platform that runs your content calendar end to end. It learns your brand once — palette, typography, voice, photography lane — then drafts the calendar, renders on-brand graphics and video, writes copy in your voice, and publishes to every social channel. The first agent, Allie Watts (Marketing Ops), runs the whole loop. The category is run-it-for-me, not chat-with-me.

02
How is Desklight different from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?

ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are general chatbots — you write the prompts, they write the words. Desklight runs the work. Brand DNA is the prompt. The calendar drafts itself. The graphics render on-brand because the renderer deterministically applies your brand's stored color and typography tokens on every generation. The scheduling and publishing are automatic. You stop being a prompt engineer and start being the editor.

03
Which AI image and video models does Desklight use?

For images: Gemini 3 Pro Image (Nano Banana family) and GPT Image 2 with automatic fallback. For video: Seedance 2.0, Google Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 Omni, and Wan 2.6 — with native audio, image-to-video, and first-last-frame support. For reasoning: Anthropic Claude (Haiku 4.5, Sonnet 4.6, Opus 4.7 with 1M context) tier-routed per task. Desklight picks the right model per task and per plan tier so you never waste credits on the wrong tool.

04
What social channels does Desklight publish to?

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. One click ships to every channel that fits, or schedule it for the day that does. Per-platform aspect ratios, alt text, captions, and hashtags are handled automatically. First-party OAuth, encrypted token storage.

05
How does Desklight pricing work?

Credit-based pricing at API par — no markup, no clawback. Pay-as-you-go starts free with a $5 credit. Pro is $29/mo with a $29 monthly credit balance plus unlimited everyday models. Team is $99/mo with a $99 pooled credit balance and 3 seats. Top up anytime with credit packs ($20, $50, $100, $250).

06
Is my brand data safe with Desklight?

Brand data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and in transit via TLS 1.3. Every tenant's data is isolated at the database level via PostgreSQL row-level security — no tenant can access another tenant's files, knowledge, or brand profiles. OAuth tokens for connected social channels are AES-256-GCM encrypted in a service-role-only table. Infrastructure runs on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud.

07
Is Desklight available now?

Desklight is in early access. The waitlist is open at desklight.ai and sign-up is open at app.desklight.ai. The first agent, Allie Watts (Marketing Ops), is live and shipping real work today. Five additional agents — Kai Kelvin (Analytics), Lily Lumen (Content), Nora Ohm (Compliance), Vic Volt (Outreach), Cleo Candela (Design) — are on the roadmap.

08
How fast is Desklight?

Set up your brand once and Allie drafts and renders your first post in the same session — usually about a minute to a usable draft.

Ship more.
Type less.

Desklight is the first content-marketing platform you hire instead of prompt. No more 30-tweak rounds with Claude or ChatGPT. The prompt science is already done. So is the scheduling.
